Procedures

- Transferring tender’s documents from the party that referred thetender/copies of the referred tenders/referral decision/fees and stamps/follow-up delegation letter

-Studying documents by thespecialized Directorate

- coordinating with all parties related to the project/owner/designer/supervisor/constructor

-preparing the initial technical report about the existence ofobstaclesin the project  and preparing site receipt letter for the constructor

-  if there are obstacles ,related parties are addressed for removing the obstacles

-    If there are no obstacles, the site receipt procedures and preliminary works are continued.

-issuingthe direct order to  the consultant supervisor

-The administration of technical /roads affairs is  addressedto document thesite boundaries and cadastralprocesswith the presence ofthe representative ofthe supervisorand the contractor

-executing the approved procedures represented in the following:

1.studying all types of guarantees and insurance policies and preparing their own official letters

2.interviewing  the  cadres of the supervisionsystem and  preparing their adopting letters

3.Audit the  approvedcontractor’s cadresby the consultantand ensurecompliance withthe terms of thetender

4.recieving,studying and responding to the letters related to the project from the owner ,constructor, consultant and other directorates

5.Participating in theadoption of the materials, plans, and any amendmentstakes placeduring the implementationof projects

6. Field visitstoprojectson a regular basisoraccording to the requirementsand conditions of workto make surethat thecontractor andconsultant are carrying out their duties andhelp solveproblems that may ariseon the ground.

7. studying the  changingcommandsand doing what is necessary

8. Participating in all types of technical committees/studytechnicaloffers/ changing orderscommittees/initial and finalreceipt committee ,  preparing their own official letters, minutes adopting letters ,participating in tenders’ committees and arbitration committees 

9.Auditingfinancial demands , demands  ofcompensationfor contractorsandconsulting offices’ demands

10.Following-up the delivery of serviceswithofficial bodiesto provideall of the servicesfor buildings

11.Delivery ofthe buildingstothe beneficiariesonce receivedfromContractors

12. Receiving the as built drawings, studying and approving them duly.

13.Following -up  the projects duringthe maintenance periodanddoing the necessaryproceduresin case of  a defectin buildings

- Coordinating with all parties related to the project/owner/designer/supervisor/contractor

- Preparing the initial technical report about the existence of obstacles in the project  and preparing site delivery letter to the contractor

- If there are obstacles, related parties are addressed for removing the obstacles

- If there are no obstacles, the site delivery procedures and preliminary works are continued.

- Issuing the direct  order to the supervising consultant

- The administration of technical / roads  affairs is  addressed to document the site boundaries and cadastral process with the presence of the supervisor's representative and the contractor

- Executing the approved procedures represented in the following:

1. Studying all types of guarantees and insurance policies and preparing their own official letters

2. Interviewing  the cadres of the supervision system and preparing their adopting letters

3. Audit the approved contractor’s  cadres by the consultant and ensure compliance with the terms of the tender

4. Receiving, studying and responding to the letters related to the project from the owner, contractor, consultant and other directorates

5. Participating in the adoption of the materials, plans, and any amendments takes place during the implementation of projects

6. Field visits to projects on a regular basis or according to the requirements and conditions of work to make sure that the contractor and consultant are carrying out their duties and help solve problems that may arise on the ground.

7. Studying the changing commands and doing what is necessary

8.  Participating in all types of technical committees / study technical offers / changing orders committees /initial and final receipt committees, preparing their own official letters, reports accreditation letters, participating in tenders’ committees and  arbitration committees 

9. Auditing financial demands, demands  of compensation for contractors and consulting offices’ demands

10. Following-up on the delivery of services with official bodies to provide all services for buildings

11. Delivery of the buildings to the beneficiaries once received from contractors

12. Receiving the as built drawings, studying and approving them duly.

13. Following-up on the projects during the maintenance period and doing the necessary procedures in case of  a defect in buildings
